Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the LocalBites website and mobile application (the "Service") operated by LocalBites ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Use of Service

1.1 Account Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

1.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

1.3 User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service
Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure
Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Service
Using the Service to send unsolicited communications, promotions, or advertisements, or to spam
Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
Interfering with the proper working of the Service

2. Orders and Delivery

2.1 Food Orders

By placing an order through our Service, you are offering to purchase the products listed in your order. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Service.

2.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the Service are in Lesotho Loti (LSL) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment for all orders must be made through the payment methods provided on the Service.

2.3 Delivery

Delivery times provided by the Service are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, or incorrect delivery information provided by you.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LocalBites and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Lesotho and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of LocalBites.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LocalBites, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
